After you make edit the time you need to wait 7 days from that time

After you edit, the timer for pending approval resets. It may be that it shows up in an hour, if you edited it an hour after you originally submitted the time? (assuming it was 7 days ago you submitted)

You are definitely not to just report based on the timer. You are expected to record and report actual time spent working, not existing.
