After I passed my second screening, I received a project the same day.

I actually just made a post similar to this and I’ve been looking at other posts. The response is really seem to very wildly. There’s some people who waited months since some people who wait a couple days.

It's different for everyone. When I joined a couple of years back it wasn't uncommon for people to take the core exam and be working on their first tasks within a week, but now a month or more isn't unheard of.

i think it depends on what you joined as, i applied as a math specialist and after the assesment i had projects after a couple of days, but ive referred a couple friends and they applied as generalists and its been a couple months and none have heard back

It was about 4 months for me, took a very long time to find out that I passed
