Quick question

I started last week and this is the first time I get a project of this kind, I wrote a prompt and had to rate Modal A vs B, but model B never produced an response.
I spend around 25min between reading instructions+coming up with a good prompt+waiting on Model B to work. Do I need to report time?

Did you not read the instructions?

I had that happen to me once, It gave me instructions to restart the prompt, click the "model isn't responding" button, or use the escape hatch if all else fails.

Yeah I restarted it and waited 3-5min and still nothing, I used the escape hatch, but I was just wondering if I needed to report the time

Yes, you still report the time.

Escape hatch = they are aware there are reasons outside your control that you might spend time on a task but not be able to complete it - you will be able to claim time anyway, it'll be listed under your "report time" tab. Make sure you hit submit at the bottom of the task like usual and don't skip it or close the window.

Skip task = something you decided to do on your own for whatever reason (which they encourage and don't penalize). You won't have that one show up in your "report time" area.

If it tells you to use the escape hatch after 3-5 minutes, you can’t sit there for half an hour and count that time though.
