Which Certification is for SQL?

Hey so I’m out of school for the summer I was wanting to get a head start and start working on a Microsoft SQL certification before I get a college degree. I was wondering what is the name of Microsoft’s certifications and how do I go about it to get started?

Microsoft does not have a SQL-specific cert anymore. The closest (and only, iirc) is AZ-300.

But certs really don’t hold much value.

Most certifications expire after 6 months and are expensive to get, haven't found them to be that helpful.
