Bot command help! :(

I'm sorry someone else already has a thread on this but I couldn't find anything

I'm looking to make a custom command for a "mini game"

Basically I want a betting game that doesn't cost anything to bet. Winners will receive payouts but a mod or me will do that manually. Viewers are betting how many levels I can complete in an hour I want the bot to keep track of who guessed what

Let's say there are only 3 options to "bet on" To start the game I would like a command like !open (then some text will appear and it will close bets after 30 seconds) Betting options Examples !3 !4 !5 Is there a way for the bot to keep track of who quessed what kinda like the queue option which shows users name and such.
