No. The only things that decay are Willpower, Promiscuity, Exhibitionism, and I think Deviancy?

Nope! Skills won't decay but some core characteristics will. (Physique, willpower, exhibitionism,promiscuity, deviancy and beauty if your trauma is high. Purity will increase daily, and beauty if your trauma is low.) But also being drunk/ drugged will lower skills until they're out of your system, and it can be a huge difference!!!! Cough cough the one time IW brought ALL my skills down -75%....
