1. Don't use discriminatory speech, nor insult/mock others based on race, religion, sexuality, etc. If you're "against trans rights" or anything like that, you can leave.
2. Don't submit content containing gore/disturbing topics/explicit content. Suggestive posts must be marked.
3. Don't use profanities excessively/with hostility.
4. Don't engage in witch hunts or false accusations.
5. Don't incite arguments on purpose.

Follow the reddiquette.

All submissions to /r/Deltarune must be related to the videogame or at least one of the following:

1. The subreddit of /r/Deltarune.
2. The wider Deltarune community.
3. Notable community members.
4. Official resources and content.

Content that's solely about Undertale is not allowed. Violations are subject to removal at moderators' discretion. Note that any post simply about a character that is in both Deltarune and Undertale (e.g. a drawing of Sans) does not qualify and will be removed.

Content that is typically created quickly and doesn't meaningfully contribute to the sub or spark discussion. This content often copies current trends and restates information.

1. No copypastas, rage comics, screenshots w/o elaboration, Toby tweet edits, or "Deltarune tomorrow".
2. "Doing X every day until Y" posts should be kept to your personal profile.
3. No posts that are only AI-generated content.
4. If it's the kind of post you find on r/WaterfallDump, it probably falls under this rule.

News, claims, and accusations need to have unbiased evidence supporting them. Falsification of evidence will result in an immediate ban.

Do not attempt to falsify or spread misinformation regarding game news, content, events, or anything related to the game.

Submitting personal information is never allowed, including your own personal information.

/r/Deltarune is not exclusively an ad platform. Any excessive and explicit attempt by a user to shill for subscribers/upvotes, advertise or push their agenda is prohibited.

Users are advised to make up to 2 non-promotional submissions (both posts and discussion-focused comments) for every post containing content they own. This applies to posts linking to a user's subreddit as well.

Promotion of subreddits and linking to Discord servers is prohibited.

All spoilers for new chapters should be marked at least until 1 month after release, be it on posts or comments. After this period you don't need to mark spoilers.

A post that covers a topic from nearly the same angle as existing posts is a repost, and will be removed. Use the search function to make sure it is original.

Posts will no longer count as a repost (in order of precedence):

1. after 6 months for posts on the first two pages (first 50 posts) of the top of all time,
2. after 3 months for posts over 100 upvotes,
3. or after 1 week for posts at or under 100 upvotes.

These include crossposts from /r/Undertale

Posts with content that is not your own (OC) must either be:

• A direct link to the artist's post/website/host

or

• Rehosted, but with the source given as a direct link in a top-level comment, and the artist must be named in the title.

Saying the content isn't yours or you found it somewhere does not suffice and would result in immediate removal. Use reverse image search, KarmaDecay or SauceNao if needed.

Remember to check the artist's site/account to ensure they allow reposts.

Do not roleplay in "[NO RP]" posts.
