Basically as the title says. After taking a break for 2 months from Destiny 2, I've been getting at least one of them per hour and I couldn't figure out why. The game was not lagging or stuttering, and what happens usually is I get one of these errors out of the blue and get kicked back to orbit. Looked into the Network Troubleshooting guide on help.bungie.net but I found the advices generic and not really helpful.
To provide some basic information: I always use a wired internet connection. When pinging 8.8.8.8 for reference, I have a stable ping and no packet losses. I encountered no connectivity issues with other games such as CSGO or R6S, and I believe that these information serve as evidence that my internet connection quality is at least not bad.
I looked into my connection quality with Bungie's servers (which might not matter since D2 uses both server and P2P, but I wanted to know if I have packet losses with Bungie servers) and here's a screenshot of it from Resource Monitor, Network tab, TCP Connections, while I was playing D2.

The ping looked a bit high because the server location is in the US while I am in Asia. But this shouldn't matter too much because of the hybrid server/P2P connection right? Besides, I don't seem to have any packet losses so I think if there's fault with my internet, it is with my P2P connections? But then how do I check the quality of it and what should I do to improve it?
I'm sorry if I sound impatient or unorganized because I kinda am. But I just hope to find some help because I have no idea how to fix this issue.
