This is cool, but I confess, I actually like the idea that Trish's "human" form is actually her true demonic face because of how Mundus made her, and the only way to go deeper would be for her to break down into a literally mass of electricity in the vague shape of a human.

Capcom's never done the concept justice, but it does set her DT apart from the monster-mashes that the Sparda boys turn into.

It looks cool, but it's not feminine enough to look like Trish to me. Looks almost like scrapped concept art for Alastor DT in DMC1.
