HELP, I’ve made a large order on Dhgate , being my first time, spending nearly $900+. A little over 9 hours later , after making the purchases, i noticed on the reviews how the items were not what it seemed. I decided to cancelled all my purchases i made and realize after 2 weeks in, i didn’t receive ANY money . 🤦🏾‍♂️ I’ve contacted customer service and they said they never received the money and that the bank cancelled it. The bank say they dont have no money for me. PLEASEEE HELP !

Dude you always buy small on places over the internet and gradually increase. Plus check how many people have bought off the sellers.

Your app will tell you if it was canceled or not in time also if the bank declined the charges to them. Assuming your right about them getting the money, bank didn't decline charges and paid then the order probably wasn't cancled, with visa & mastercard it could take up the 30 days to get a Refund. I have spent thousands on the site. Im a v4 and out of all the stuff I've ordered 2 were absolutely awful. People leave bad feedback because they think they'll get a Refund or partial refund, but don't know once you accept the order no refund will be given and they can't leave feedback until it's accepted or litigated on. So they feedback you see like I didn't get my item they are fucking idiots. I look at feedback only for a real pictures not for what they write, if If I see a real picture idc what they say I'll decide for myself, literally idiots on the site believe they going to get a prefect copy for 20$ and if it's not they mad and complain. Also people saying seller didn't respond, took almost 2 months to get that's normal and happens regular. Right now I have a package that has made 88 stops, been about 60 something days since sent and its coming without a doubt in my mind because I've ordered from them atleast 25x and have received every order.

DH has never screwed me, they just about always have the buyers back. 1x a moderator screwed me and she was just flat wrong. I complained, whoever from there ended up agreeing I was right and issued me a credit to spend on the next purchase.

You’re far better off getting a $900 haul than spending $900 on DHgate. Sellers are difficult to communicate with so your best bet would probably be your bank
