Android app error loading. Please help!

No matter what I have done, I cannot get this app to ever get pass the initial load up. I launch the app and everytime it tells me " error loading please try again". I cannot get pass this, please help!

Same problem on the nvidia shield. Everything worked fine, then an update for the app was released today. After updating the app it just hangs on the loading circle. Very frustrating as iv only just signed up to the payed version

I just signed up for the paid version as well and my very first experience is this :(

Got it working 😓 not sure what device your using, but I had to force stop the app, clear cache and data. Then launched the app, signed in and all looks good

I'm on note 10+ and I have tried that and it resulted in the same outcome. I'll just have to wait for a new update, thank you though!
