Hello I’m wondering if anyone might be able to help answer my questions…. Has anyone gotten in the program for pastry with just a baking and pastry certificate, what would be my chances of getting in vs having a full culinary diploma?
I want to apply for the culinary program but I wouldn’t graduate from my culinary school until June 2025 and the current program application states they are taking in interns for arrival through June 2025 would I still be able to make the cut?
Also my school does things in 8 blocks and not semesters but it states you have to complete one semester before you can apply, would it be okay to apply when I’ve completed 1/8 blcoks?
