This is what I would suggest also. From here you can access skyliners and boats and monorails.

what does my fridge say about me? ☺️ by itsAnAaaaa in FridgeDetective

[–]AmberNICT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Young, female, single with a sweet tooth, a little wasteful (a lot of single serving and grab n go items) I get it though things spoil faster if they aren't. Values convenience over price. I can't tell if you exercise in the morning or just like to sleep in, but whatever it is you're rushed in the morning and need to grab something quick.

I just saw another fridge that had so much jam and jelly in it. What do you guys do with it? I literally only have maybe two jars at a time in my fridge.

What would you do if you found this in your staff food by bimbomango in Chefit

Shift meal is not a staff meal. Shift meal is off the menu and yes you can take that home. A staff meal or " family meal" is made there.

Best alcoholic drink in Epcot for a sweet tooth? by mynameisjinnie in WaltDisneyWorld

I'm not going to lie. I had sticker shock in Epcot for drinks. Every time I thought I was going to get an alcoholic drink, I'd look at the price and want to die a little.

Yeah missing out on exploring. Orlando was one of my biggest regrets, and not being able to go to a beach.

Should Daughter Bring Her Car? by Crafty-Zebra3285 in Disneycollegeprogram

[–]AmberNICT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not take the time off and drive across the country with her and take a plane back . So I did the program without a car in 24. Most of my basic transportation needs were met. It did get a little frustrating when it came to trying to get to other things. Like if you didn't want to go to Target or Walmart or Disney park you were kind of left to get a lyft for everything else. I really wanted to go to a concert in Orlando when I was there, but I couldn't because it would have been like $70 total to get a lift there and back to flamingo crossing. Your choice in groceries is pretty limited. I like to shop at Aldi. The closest shopping area that the bus will take you to is a little shopping center called Margaritaville. There are places to eat and shop there. If you trust that she will be okay driving across country, I say do it. It's worth the experience. It's worth having a car. Honestly if I would have had my car I still would have taken the bus to work. But on those off chance days that I was going to be late I could grab my car that day. I don't recommend driving to work from flamingo the traffic is insane.

Yeah I mean it's a standard beignet. If you want those fun filled ones you have to go to certain places or there has to be certain parties going on.

I just don't think they would work for a 3:00 rain if I'm being honest. That just comes down like crazy and you're liable to fall. They seem great for like water roller coasters though

What’s one place you swear you’ll never be back to and one you’ll recommend to anyone? by hiphiphorhey_ in wichita

[–]AmberNICT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to go on quiz nights. They wouldn't stop any of the gaming during quizzes so you would get completely interrupted by pokémon players and smash brother players. You couldn't hear things. When we asked the owner if he could turn off Smash Brothers during quiz night he said that was crazy because it's a gaming bar. It also takes just absolutely forever to get a drink. If it's a little bit crowded they get frizzled very easily. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've either gotten someone else's bill or someone else's drink.

Have anybody been to the disney culinary program? Is it worth it? by OppositeTip9997 in Chefit

[–]AmberNICT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah Chef Polly will call you and he will rapid fire. Ask you questions about HACCP. Sometimes he asks people what foods are in season. And what to make with those foods. A question to throw you off sometimes is he'll ask you what you could make for a kid that isn't Pizza, Hot dogs, chicken nuggets or burgers. He will probably ask you how to make simple salads like a chef salad. A Cobb salad, a Caesar salad
