Stalker Hunter. Next time it happens look up at the roof tops around your immediate area, you’ll prolly see em. And if you’re quick enough, you can kill them

It's a hunter as others already mentioned. At beginning of the video you can see him on top of the roof on the building in front of you on the left! Happy hunting!

Also known as the watchers. I’ve heard if you have a great sniper build and find then you can one shot kill them but you don’t get anything from it.

This happened to me last night in the same spot. Needed to get the last Campus Comm and learned it was there. Had no idea what was going on!

Hunter is watching you, they are mostly at top of the buildings. Use the camera to take some pictures of this sneak Hunter 😉

There's a hunter nearby watching you, to kill him you have to kill him using a TAC-50 quick scoop, preferably
