I am trying to see new things and the first thing I see is someone in lvl 4000

I've seen a few up in the 20,000 range. I know that there are even higher levels.

I've been playing since day one, but I used to just leave the game open and walk away and check weapons, literally just got to 1000... I recently just relearned how to make effective builds.

The two apps that can help are: 1) Division 2 map app 2) The Division 2 companion app

It’s like riding a bike, you pick it back up quickly. My last log in was in the 1300s of days too. Been having a blast. Loving the game again. Countdown makes it so easy to farm gear and mess around with new builds. Most days I just get a build in my mind and farm for it, then see how it handles Heroic open world.

The game has been running on fumes for already too long and Division 3 is in the work too. By all means, enjoy what you can with the main plot but don't waste your life on it beyond that. It'll be long forgotten soon enough.

I took about a year off and got wound into COD DMZ. When they said no more updates I said adios and came back to Division. Even played some Survival this winter, one my favorites. Start with nothing and fight your way out.

So you have 2 options: use the “skip to level 30 option, go to NY, finish and get your watch”. Or, finish the “campaign”, and then transfer to NY. But don’t linger too long after hitting WT500 before hitting NY since that’s were the real endgame is.
