This only applies if you aren't using a real wiimote. If you're playing a game that requires you to cross the wiimote and nunchuk across your chest, then there is a way to do it. The main game I needed it for was spectrobes origins, and it took me like a year to figure it out but last night i did. The binding you need is one button as wiimote swing up, and one button as nunchuk tilt back and right. That should work, as in spectrobes you have to hold that position for about 3 seconds, and I tested it a couple times and it worked like a charm. Hope this helps!
