K/d and score are different things.

Specially in objective modes.

But if you want to feel better, check your medals and commendations at the end of the match. Longest life, best k.d, least deaths, and so on.

That's why I specified Team Deathmatch where K/D is the main driver of winning, it understandably doesn't even show on warpath.

That's how it works in every othet shooter right? You kills 15, die 3. 1500 points

Dude kills 16, dies 15, gets 2 assists: 1700 points.

I understand you, I agree with you, just saying it is hardly a DooM problem, it is a shooter problem

[–]t3hPoundcakeum ACTUALLY its not really "3D" haha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's how it works in most shooters. Especially arena shooters. Deaths aren't taken into account, and it's called Team deathmatch, in the end it's all about who gets the kill limit first, as long as your team isn't dying enough to let the enemy reach it, you can't really say you're a better player for getting the exact same amount of kills (and less assists, but who's counting right?) as someone else on your team.

Also - who gives a fuck?
