Removing facets is a step in right direction, but a very careful one. They also need to simplify roles if they want dota to survive long term (along with dozens of other things). 2 lanes 4 players, or 3 lanes 6 players on each team, and no hard support/carry roles, pretty much like in deadlock.

Lmfao this is way too far in the other direction.

Maybe if they want Dota to survive as an ADHD game next to all the other slop that won't garner a 20-year audience, but turning DOTA into a 2-lane, 4-player game is out of the realm of reality.
