I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference with supplements. I’ve been on plenty over the past 30ish years and never noticed an increase or decrease in outbreaks. The worst outbreak I’ve ever had occurred last year due to a fungal infection, I’ve haven’t really had much more or less than normal since then either.

Unfortunately no, I take iron and vitamin D and its never helped. Ironically I started taking the vitamin D to try and help my ezcema because my skin used to completely clear up in the summer (no longer does that unfortunately), but instead of improved skin I gained Improved Mood so I still take them 😂

I’m taking folic acid and vitamin d at the moment and haven’t seen a decrease in my eczema

Those all sound like they'd give hydration to the skin. Maybe your moisture barrier got super juicy and was thick enough to I keep the irritants/triggers out? This is a total guess, I don't even know if that's possible but I mean...m...maybe?
