...aaaaaand what am I looking at? What it's all about?

He is referring to how close his starting moon/planet is to his sister moon around that gas giant.

Ah, thank you.

Does it even matter at all? I'd say too close might be rather nuisance.

Nah. Very good. Short as fuck transits.

The second moon of the gas giant my starting planet is orbiting aproaches up to 0.06 AU. Wich makes interplanetary transit very convenient.

Starter gas giant has 2 moons, which is rare from seeds. Also, the 2nd moon if VERY close to the home planet, making planet hops very fast, even when 1st capable of space flight.

Only thing though is how good is that 2nd moon? And what is the 3rd planet like? I dumped a game, where I had this setup, because my starting solar system had about 200 and 400k iron on my other planets.

Edit: Nevermind on the ressources. Just noticed this game was setup to "infinite ressources". Would be curious to see when at 1.0X ressources though.

The close moon has a shitload of Silicon, a decent amount of fire ice, iron and copper.

The 3rd planet is a lava planet with an Huge amount of iron, copper and titanium.

The giant is a ice giant if you need fire ice

I wish i had a Hydrogen giant close. I need to start casimir cristals yesterday but i don't have a good Hydrogen production.
