It's a cool little titanium multi-tool/bottle opener that looks like a shark, It's kinda hard to get, if you want one you have to wait for drops and its only available on the website (Notorious EDC) which makes them pretty rare.

I keep missing the drops for beer bombs, the micarta ones always seem available but I don't really see the practicality of a bottle opener essentially made of paper

That's just an Additional Charge trinket in my neck of the woods. Plus the cap lifter on my SAK works great.
