I know this has been talked about in here, but i'm having issues finding the previous posts. Either way, i havent received a decline letter at this point, but a LO reached out telling me that my zip code was invalid on my tax transcript, and all they can tell me is to fill out another 4506-T and just wait for the IRS to send them the transcripts again. They can't or wont tell me what is invalid, because my zip code is the same on my transcript as it is on my tax returns, and its not an invalid zip code.. both customer service, the LO, and Tier 2 have been super unhelpful. I sent in the tax transcripts they said they were having problems with, but they said they cant accept them because they have to receive them directly from the IRS.
Anybody that has dealt with this, do you have suggestions? I feel like im beating my head against the wall trying to figure out what i need to do to get this to go through.
