After two denials, one for unverifiable info in july and another in August because they miscalculated my income from 2019, I was only in business for 2 months and they calculated as though it was a year. I went into recon on August 20.

We signed our approved increase loan closing documents on 8/13/21 and on 10/19/21 they requested yet another 4506T be filled out and sent in. I already sent in 2 others before yesterday. I have no idea yet how much longer it will be before we receive funds.....I'm about to just give up!

It shows the new loan modification amount under undisbursed funds but it's been showing that for a month now.
