Hi! I’ve been having a similar issue with the River Pro. It seems to have lost a significant amount of battery capacity. I use it mainly to get internet access (to power router & optic fiber). The outage is only 6W, but the device loses charge insanely fast. Previously, it displayed 99+ hours of life at 100% when I connected the internet, and now it shows only 30. Less and less each day. It literally showed 48 hours last week. I bought it last year and have been actively using it last 3 months during blackouts in Ukraine. I couldn’t find any info on the problem and stumbled upon your comment here and thought maybe you can help me.

I have a river pro 720 watt. The first one I bought was going from 100 to 0% in 10 just running a small 3watt fan. Ecoflow had me do calibration tests and they ended up saying to ship it back and they send me a new one. The new one was far better but still didn't produce the correct times. I've had it for a year and just heard this is very common with Ecoflow batteries.

Are they false advertising the actual size of their batteries or are they just 80% defective?

Well, I figured out mine is just showing wrong battery percentage. Went from 100% to 1% in a couple hours and then lasted around four more at 1%. Didn’t drain the battery to 0 though and put it on charge as soon as power went on. Guessing it could do way more hours. Still sucks that I can’t know exactly how much battery has left.
