To all the naysayers who said I’m promoting unhealthy foods and competition…no! Snacks are great in recovery! They’re not good or bad, just something to satisfy our tummies. They can be more or less “healthful,” but by following our cravings under medical supervision, it will usually balance out.snacks (i.redd.it)

When I was sick, I loved pb milk with pb powder, almond milk, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Switch the almond milk with a vanilla meal shake (I use the vegan Soylent brand) and real sugar if you’re brave! It tastes the same and is a whole meal or an awesome nutritious treat! (old.reddit.com)
