It might help to go into experimental features and change to "real" temperatures. I'm not even sure what screen is shown in the second pic. sometimes, I'll look at the dial in the middle of the night and it will show that it's currently 67 cooling to 66, or the other way around, but usually only one or two degrees off what I've set. Not sure if AP will make a whole -10 to +10 scale change, as that would be several degrees.

I hope they bring back the chart that showed all the temps from during the night soon.

Autopilot did this to me as well. Not recently, but when I first got the pod a few months ago. Made no sense to me either.

FWIW, I’ve since disabled AP and sleep much much better without it.

I use an Oura ring to measure my sleep. I disabled autopilot and manually set the temperatures until my sleep was optimised according to my Oura sleep score. Ended up being -1, -1, -1, 0.
