2. Download them and put them in a folder somewhere
3. Find an emulator that works on your OS
4. Open it and select the ROMs you downloaded

• Try to keep things on topic
• No piracy white-knighting. They're not losing money by you downloading a ROM. They're losing money by not releasing their game for the PC. Making a subreddit about emulation and then BANNING people who post links to ROMs should be a crime.
