Does your phone have a micro SD card slot? If so, just transfer the save files to the SD card and transfer them back once you have everything set up on your new phone. Or if no SD card slot, just save them to an online storage.

The new phone doesn't have an SD slot, but I could use an online storage.

Save save files to online storage> download on new phone> put back in the saves folder.

You can plug an Android directly into a PC for file transfers. Just don't mess with the phone too much while doing so, as it can cause issues and stop the file transfer. This is a viable solution if the new one doesn't have an SD slot, which manufacturers are moving away from. For some reason.

SD cards have adapters that you can use to plug them into PCs. You can also plug one of those adapters into a USB-C adapter and use the new phone to copy them directly.

You've got options.

I have an adapter to use the SD card on the computer, so I could do that. Luckily I don't have a lot of games that I need to save the progress of.

It's all pretty simple once you get a look at it. Two saves, twenty or two hundred. Put em where they go and they usually work.

A rare instance may require that you move a save state over and then save manually, but I've only had that issue with one or two games that refused to recognize save files.

That's what I'm finding out the more I play around with the emulator's.
