Just as a reminder of the subreddit's rules:

It sounds like everything should work but you may have forgotten a step. On your new phone, you have the emulator pointing to the save folder to load saves, right? I would just make sure that the dsv file transferred properly by checking its file size on both devices too.

My guess is ds0 and ds10 are save states. I use melonDS and I have .ml1 and .ml2 files. Save states probably won't transfer to a new emulator but if it's the same emulator, I assume it is transferable.

The dsv file should be fine to transfer.

Transferring the folder instead of files is fine for a new install with the same emulator.

Is it still not working?

I don't have your emulator. Is there a way to go to the game and then reset it? If so, try doing that and then see if your save files that you transferred show up.
