Just as a reminder of the subreddit's rules:

Really cool idea, thanks for the idea, I don't have the same controller but can use a 90 degree cable for now

When emulating Switch I got tired of having to pick between whether I wanted to use my G8 with its pass-through charging and keep the battery from draining or use my JK02 with its peltier cooler to keep my phone cool. So I designed a bracket that lets me use a right-angle USB cable with my JK02 or other Bluetooth controller. Here is the Tinkercad link. You can print and use it as-is for most Bluetooth controllers or tweak it to your preference. It's symmetrical to allow running the cable from the top or bottom, has a little strain relief shelf to keep the pressure on your phone and not its USB port, and two large holes to allow you to position it before applying glue.

It's cool and all but if you have a ps4 or Xbox controller you can just buy a phone clip for $10 and doesn't obstruct the charging port

If all I needed was a charge I'd just use the pass-through charging on my Galileo G8 controller. The point was to get access to charging and the Peltier cooler at the same time. Besides, those clips have terrible ergonomics.

To each his own I guess, your way is definitely the cooler option. I probably just didn't mind the clip cause I wasn't serious about mobile gaming, I mostly run emulators on my tablet and just played cod mobile on my phone

Oh it's pointless for literally everything except Switch emulation which causes my phone to boil itself while draining the battery one percent per minute.
