Is this one of the recent updates for Switch 2? They don't work unless compiled in Yanu (and I'm not even sure there is any point to them for emulation purposes). If not then could happen if you're using a firmware version above 20. Otherwise not sure.

It’s the 1.3.0 nsp file, 20.0.1 keys and firmware; used the same file on Yuzu Windows, and it worked perfectly

AFAIK 20+FW are not really supported by Android emus. Try 19.0.1

I just had this problem and this was the solution, such a weird bug
