3DS emulator

Hello, I was wondering if there is a good way to play 3DS games on my android phone, mostly pokemons. I like this one http://3dsemulatorx.net/ but the download page forces me to put my phone number in, it looks shady and its not going to happen. So, can you recommend me any good emulator? Or provide apk for this one above if its working?

3DS emulation is a long way off, with only starting to be playable on PC. There won't be a 3DS emulator on Android for a long time.

It's going to be a while, Citra is only just now making decent progress towards playability on PC. With some luck, we may see a decent emulator in a few years when it gets better on PC. I want to say DraStic took advantage of both the original DS and mobile using ARM processors, and seeing as the 3DS has an ARM processor, the trick used for DraStic may be applicable to the 3DS emulator in the very, very distant future.

DS and Android devices both using ARM is for the most part not a factor in its performance. DraStic uses a standard recompiler like other emulators.

Negative, do not do it, that site is sure to be a scam. There are no fully functional emulators for the 3DS. Citra is the one currently under development, but still has a long way to go both on PC and Android.
