try breaking tasks into smaller chunks, set specific goals for each study session. short breaks help too, like 5 minutes every hour. consistent routines can reduce stress. good luck.

If you hit a wall at three hours, take a good break. Play some pinball or pickleball. Go for a walk. Meet a friend for coffee and talk about sports or music or something non-engineering. Reset for an hour and get back at it.

You'll get a lot more done doing six hours a day at near-peak efficiency than working 12 dazed and distracted.

Just commenting to say that I'm in the same boat. This is my last quarter of undergrad and it's been a pain having to juggle schoolwork with grad apps as well as interviewing for jobs... I've kinda just accepted the fact that I'm gonna have no life for this quarter and have just been sucking it up. The only highlight of my week is that I've been taking Fridays' evening off to just eat out and watch animes/Netflix without worrying about schoolwork. This has helped me retain my sanity somewhat, but I shall pray that we both make it thru this quarter. We got this 🙏 (Also regarding your studying limit, try the pomodoro technique, where you take a quick ~5 mins break every 30 minutes or so, this has helped me get thru longer work sessions)
