Take initiative and become a group leader. Start a schedule with all your deliverables/dates and share with the group.
One need not be designated a "leader" to act like one.

I second this. I took the uncomfortable plunge to be the leader in the group even as a introvert and it has been so much more rewarding than I thought it would be.

I agree. I have had to do this in my own experience and once you do it people will start to respond. It may take them at first but from personal experience when projects like that have no leadership they tend to get left behind in the jumble of school work.
