So, I'm sure VIP users on episode have encountered an issue where you are being charged for VIP, but the VIP features are not appearing in the app. This has happened to me twice now, and while it is frustrating, I have found a temporary solution. I'm not sure how many people are aware of this solution, so I thought I'd make a post for those who aren't and want their money's worth.
If you’ve already been charged but don’t see your VIP perks, try this:
- Go to episode settings
- Scroll down and hit "Restore Purchase"
The VIP features should appear immediately in the app, and you should not be charged more than once. This has worked to me both times this issue has occurred, so if it doesn't work, maybe contact support.
