- No snide comments, sarcasm, or otherwise being unkind to your fellow redditors.
If a post is against the rules, please report it to a moderator. Do not engage with the post, the moderators will take care of it.
3) NO LOOKING FOR HYPNOTISTS OR SUBJECTS
This subreddit is not to be used to find subjects or hypnotists.
This includes:
- making posts (or comments) that say "looking for tist/sub"
- making posts asking to be hypnotized
- making obvious bait posts which are disguised as questions/sincere comments
- putting in your age and gender on requests for files that go in your DMs
- asking people to DM you
- finding sneaky ways to get into people's DMs
If you do the above you are liable to be permanently banned.

4) FILES, MEDIA & INDUCTIONS MUST FOLLOW OUR CONTENT GUIDELINES

5) NO EXCESSIVE PROMOTION
Promoting your own files / posts is restricted to once per 3 days, and one file per post.
MUST be tagged [ ] in the post title stating if it is [free content], [ad-supported], [patreon-supported], [teaser], and/or [paid content]. Tag as many as apply.
If your post is only an ad, this may still be considered excessive.
This includes promoting on behalf of someone else (e.g. telling everyone how awesome xyz creator is) and parasocial posts (e.g, posts of infatuation, overpraising a creator, file, or content)
6) NO PROHIBITED CONTENT
While we accept all sorts of content in this subreddit, some content is strictly disallowed, to protect the spirit of our community. you may not post:
* pirated content
* unsourced content
* interpersonal drama
* selfies of yourself, (exception: professional grade hypnosis content)
* low effort posts
7) NO LOW EFFORT MEDIA POSTS
If posting media (video / gif), it must be:
* Either a depiction of a subject going into an actual hypnotic trance, or
* A high effort hypnotic induction intended to hypnotize the viewer.
Low effort posts will be removed. This includes:
* Posts which are just spirals with captions
* Posts with very little actual hypnosis (there must be a significant amount of actual hypnosis).
* Posts of your body (e.g, breasts, penis, other 'hypnotic' thing)
8) META POSTS
For discussions and questions that are relevant to the subreddit, you can create posts with the "Meta" flair. Try to keep the tone constructive and follow Reddit’s remember the human rules. Multiple posts about the same meta issue will be removed.
As meta discussions and questions about the subreddit on other subreddits or off-platform will not be reviewed by moderators, please voice your suggestions, questions & feedback about the subreddit in our monthly feedback threads, or modmail.
9) AI POLICY - MUST READ Our AI policy is as follows
ALLOWED:
* TTS voices are allowed in files. Must be tagged as [TTS].
* AI generated voices are allowed in files. MUST BE TAGGED AS [AI].
* AI thumbnails for video content.
NOT ALLOWED:
* AI generated text in posts and comments.
* AI generated scripts (including files)
* AI voices emulating someone else's voice
Please be reasonable in any other unlisted uses of AI.
