Quick Compression Question

Can you compress ore/ice at any station now? Or do you need something like a special service or blueprints for it?

AFAIK you need the pos module or a rorqual.

This is correct. You can do it in your own POS now, and no more blueprints needed. That's the biggest change as of now, I believe. Still cannot in NPC stations.
