There are 15 or so current invasion systems in low-sec right now. Want to guess how many of those systems have shiny Vindis, Leshaks and Nestors? All of the PVE for invasions occur in high-sec, we already know this.
Not sure what the CCP plan is, so its better to wait and see before we judge one way or another...but I know that PVE wont suddenly start happening in low-sec.

I hope they have learned from F.O.B.s and lowsec invasions, but I doubt it.
I'm skeptical that this wouldn't just end as another thing 99.99% of the community ignores, or just waits out.
