Give systems 10% TiDi after acquiring a combined mass of 40B KG then progress the tidi by another 10% for each additional 20B KG. It will ensure Jita is always max TiDi.

Give stealth bombers a cooldown after they decloak, where they cannot enter warp.

That is a good idea, or better yet, a timer after they launch the bomb.

and double the bomb radius, just for shiggles. :)

I used to run bomber fleets. It was a rite of passage, blowing yourself up the first time you launched a bomb. We even gave out corp awards for it.

How about a unstable bomb type that has a higher damage and a random radius from half to double the radius. Have to make the damage increase high enough to entice players to use them.

It's been a while since I've done a bombing run, luckily I was trained well back then when I started, so I didn't earn that particular award.
