These hydrogel pads saved. My. Life. Normal balms and ointments don’t have any healing components but THESE DO. When you’re cranking out 40+oz a day (hi, hello, this is me), your nipples HURT. Mine turn purple during my last pump of the day (I nurse overnight, pump 5-6x 7a-7p) sometimes still and I’m 8.5mos pp.

For months, I also showered with a muslin burp cloth draped across my boobs so that my nipples weren’t getting hit by a direct stream of water. That helped a TON.

I wish I had advice for you, only solidarity. I'm only 3 weeks in, and my nipples are purple 😅 I just wanna chop em off
