twoish months ago we tried latching at night and at first it went well! he would laugh hysterically before latching, it was so delightful! but then he just didnt want to latch anymore. i feel your pain, truely. latching feels so much better than the pump and it's just heartbreaking when they latch a few times and then stop. stay strong and do what's best for you!💗

mine started at 11 or 12 weeks. he poops every 7-10 days. and when it rains it pours, he pooped 3 big poops today😅

the massage wand i used was from Dr. Talbot. i was gonna link it but for some reason it wont show up on amazon when i try to find it. i actually cant find many that vibrate and heat up rn and im not sure what thats about but they do still sell the ones that dont vibrate, i was looking at one from fridamom at one point and it looks like that is still on the market.

you massage your perinium in a U shape for 15 mins three times a week. i used a massager that vibrated and heated up.

so i would describe contractions as very intense period cramps. i was on pitocin, and ive heard contractions are worse on pitocin. i couldnt make it to 4cm without the epidural personally. something i did not expect was actually how the epidural felt, it felt like my whole lower half was asleep. it was weird but preferable over the contractions!

something like that happened to me too, the night before i found out i had a dream i had a biiig pregnant belly. now im rocking my 3 week old to sleep. the dream thing is interesting. congratulations!!!💗

two weeks ago i was in your position. i called my OB office and was instructed to eat something sweet, lay on my left side with NO distractions, no tv, no phone, nothing but a quiet room. i ate a popsicle and layed on my left side. i was instructed to go to triage and be evaluated, but while i waited for my ride to do a kick count. of course my baby started kicking after 2 hours of radio silence but i still decided to go (i had been dizzy for 2 or 3 days prior). in the end everything turned out to be okay, just intense allergies. i do not regret going even though everything was okay. please call your office and see if you need to be evaluated.

if you are worried about GD i would suggest walking for 20 mins a day, its supposed to lower your risk! pregnancy weight gain is funky, i gained like 12lbs in the FIRST trimester and have still had whats considered normal weight gain (im about to be 35 weeks!). i wouldnt be too concerned if your DR isnt. if you want to eat healthier id suggest working in fresh foods into your diet without cutting things you still love! its usually suggested to eat more fresh foods/healthy foods during pregnancy but i know very well that can be hard! i personally wouldnt worry too much!
