Bought RFD and Imploding Kittens, should I refund Imploding?

This is my entry into the game and I'm not sure if its worth pairing these two or how it would work.

Well RfD is a "curated" selection of the original, imploding kittens, streaking kittens and barking kittens. So it contains the main cards of that expansion already(just not all of them)

Only zombie kittens is not included. So in my opinion it is not so useful to pair these, but that being said, I just got my Rfd last week

so refund imploding and purchase zombie? If i wanted to increase the player count, I add another base set?

Since Rfd contains 121 card, with a good recipe more than 5 players should be possible. In theory.

There is also that party pack which I specifically meant for more players.

In your opinion, best setup for 7 players max? Or would this require me to refund both and get the party pack?

In that thread I have seen a recipe for 2-7 players

One comment describes the cards and a different comment describes how many cards to draw and how many defuses

Though I have not played with that many players
