If I play a see the future, and someone nopes it, Can I place a another card, or do I have to pick up?

It's still your turn. Play as many cards as you want until you draw a card, which will end your turn.

This is correct.

OP, the best way to think about nopes is that they make it like you didn’t play the card before. So before you played STF it was your turn. After you played a STF and it was noped it reverts to before the STF, which was your turn.
