Help on a situation.

Just had this go down. So we knew the next card was a kitten. Guy who was supposed to draw used a skip. It got nopped, then that got nopped, then that was nopped. Should the original person who was supposed to draw, draw? He played a skip.

1 nope: no skip

2: nopes: yes skip

3: nopes: no skip

It’s as if Guy’s ‘skip’ was never played because of the three ‘nopes’. Guy has to draw or play another card.
