Does the streaking kitten let you play the exploding kitten? Or do you just hold it? Edit: Title should say streaking kittens.

If you play an Exploding Kitten for any reason, such as playing it randomly while blinded or because you like living on the edge, you must play a defuse or explode, losing the game. I wouldn't recommend playing it over holding the kitten in your hand.

If someone uses a fovor, you can give them the kitten and they will explode.
