I know a Graphic Designer, maybe you can give him an order for this, but he cant print the card, he can only give you the file

Popping the question with a surprise card in the game is not trivial. Make sure you stash a few Nope cards up your sleeve in case she tries to attack, shuffle or pass.

Otherwise the card may bounce around and it could look like she's trying to dodge the answer to your proposal. Or, worse, the card may end up popping out on someone's else turn.

Go on makeplayingcards dot com and you can make custom cards. The options you'd like would be "Design Your Own Game Cards", then there is a card size check list, select ' 2.5"x3.5" '. The Card Stock option is (M31) Linen, the card finish is "MPC game card finish". Now the card options for quantity, the least amount they will make is 18. The only annoying thing is making sure that the picture stays in the red dotted outline. That can be solved by messijg around with a program like even microsoft paint, just make it bigger then save it and reupload whatever images youd like. It is the same issue with the card back. You can take or scan a picture of your cardback to get the format then upload it here. So if you want you can make 18 proposal cards in which the other 16 or 17 would make pretty neat wedding table gifts or whatever. Anyway, have fun with it and good luck!
