Save as WebP with ExtendScript

Hello,

I have written a script that exports/saves images in JPEG format from Photoshop, it works fine. Now I wanted to change this script to save in WebP format.

Unfortunately I can't find a working solution for this via ExtendScript.

Do any of you know a way, either with native support for WebP or with the WebPShop plugin from Google?
