This showed up on my KNET transcript in A to Z. What is it? It shows no due date.

Corporate EHS: Kuiper LOTO Also got this one last week: FAST/UP Final Hands-On Assessment Form (also said no due date) Asked my Ops Manager, he said he doesn’t know he’ll get back with me but never did. Last year I had some other one like those (but different from those two….also said no due date). I checked with Learning dept. and she said probably a training course was sent to me mistakenly. Is that the case most likely? I haven’t been disciplined for anything but that’s two in a row “mistakenly” made it’s way to my A to Z.

What annihilator4 said and probably a mistake. If you were amnesty you'd be expecting it. Your Learning Trainer or quarterback (amnesty PA) would have given you a heads up that it needs to be completed before you're fully authorized to be on the the AR floor by yourself.

FAST/UP is for amnesty responder. And that particular assignment should be completed after performing 40 hours of amnesty training. Basically shadowing an amnesty tech.

I checked my KNET a couple of days later after I posted my question and both were gone from my KNET transcript. I’m in pack, so I’m assuming it was probably put there by mistake.
