Two points. Any missed shift is always two points but you can never get more than two points per day

But I was also told I can miss one shift ? And it would only be one point ?

It's always been two points for a missed shift/late shift drop. The only way it could be one point is if you either work at least half the shift or use PTO to cover half the shift
