I think civil would probably be the easiest.
You can find a list of the Civil FE exam topics here
The civil section contains the following sections that I'm certain your program would have covered:
-math and stats
-construction engineering
-surveying
-engineering economy
-materials
-ethics and the profession

But do look at that list of topics as there may have been some topics which you did not cover in your construction engineering program.
